Hi, I’m Andrew Duros. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh with a degree in Human Services Leadership, and I also earned certificates in HR Management and Equity and Diversity. Most recently, I worked as a Field Service Coordinator at PHMG, where I managed logistics and coordinated teams for client projects across the U.S. and Canada. I handled scheduling, purchase orders, shipping, and communication between clients and technicians, which really helped me strengthen my skills in purchasing, operations, and project coordination.
