Who: Megan graduated Illinois State University in December 2016 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Education. She did not have a full time job, but took a summer job as a camp director planning programming for the kids.
Challenge: She decided she did not want to be a teacher and wasn’t sure what career path to take. We identified a career path by identifying Megan’s strengths. She selected a career in event planning.
