Who: Justin– graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship studies.
Challenge: Justin landed a job in logistics in Chicago when he graduated. He worked there for about a year and was not happy in the role. While succeeding and meeting his sales numbers, he wanted to work in a more sophisticated sales environment. Justin and I started talking, but looking for another job while he was working was challenging.
Next Steps: Jodi worked with Justin on developing a routine with Justin to make time to balance work and his job search. The accountability and tools Jodi taught Justin he can use for his future job searches.
